Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@myhaelo.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non‑refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
